Blue Sapphire processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself.

These are data we need to be able to process and send an order.

Not providing or objecting to the above personal data may affect your use of our services. We may not be able to perform these services. 

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
Blue Sapphire processes your personal data for the following purposes:
* To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary in order to provide our services.
* To inform you about changes to our services and products.
* To send your order.
* To process your payment.
* For advertising purposes such as sending our newsletter, via social media and / or by post.  

How long do we keep personal data?
We keep your data as long as you are a customer of us. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will take this as a forgetting request. Pursuant to applicable administrative obligations, we are required to keep invoices containing your personal data, we will keep these data for as long as the applicable period lasts. 

Sharing personal data with third parties
Blue Sapphire will never sell or rent your details to third parties and will only provide them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and the use of your password. Your password is stored encrypted, Blue Sapphire has no access to your password.

Data we use to chat with you and to analyze visits to our website in order to improve the website and our services.
IP addresses, information about the device you use to visit our website, location information, date and time of your visit, page views and website interaction.

Blue Sapphire uses functional cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website. You can set your browser to reject our cookies. However, this may lead to the malfunctioning of the webshop.
The data collected by these cookies are anonymous and cannot be traced back to a person. However, the data can be traced back to an IP address.

Our website and/or service is not intended to collect information about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over the age of 16. We encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities in order to prevent the collection of information about children without parental consent.
If you believe that we have collected personal information from a minor without that consent, please contact us via our contact page and we will delete that information.
If you are under 16 years and would like to ask a question or use this site for which you need to provide your personal information, please ask your parent or guardian to do it for you.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to request, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Blue Sapphire.
You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority and you have the right to data portability. This means that you may submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.
You can send us a request to inspect, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data via our contact page.
To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity card along with the request. In this copy, make everything black outside your name and date of birth. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within 4 weeks.
You have the right to file a complaint with the privacy commission.
